Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and select the order you wish to return to generate a unique Return Authorization number.
Package Your Items
Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure alternative to minimize waste.
Affix Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Drop your package at any authorized courier point and keep your receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
